I am by no means a bona fide "foodie". I just love food, expect good service & appreciate quality.

My partner is Vegan so I hope to share both of our perspectives on our meals. In my experience a restaurant that cares equally for the Vegetarians, Vegans & those with other dietary needs as its ordinary patrons have experienced & highly creative staff in the kitchen. Because most of my meals are with my Vegan partner most of the restaurants I will review will be ones that cater to Vegans as well as ordinary folk.

I do not work in or have ties to the food service industry, however I did many years ago in another community. These reviews are simply a snapshot of the experience I have had. I want to share these experiences with you so that when you ask yourself that dreaded question of where to eat - you have a place to start. I hope these honest reviews provide you some assistance in determining where you would like to eat...and spend your hard earned money. - Sarah Redd

Comments: My partner and I have been eating here for years.  About 18 months ago, the fine dining restaurant formerly known as Fresco transformed into Raudz Regional Table.  With same proprietors and many of the same staff, this restaurant transformed into upscale casual while keeping its reputation for local ingredients and exceptional service.  The prices are reasonable (all be it a little pricey for us to frequent it as much as we want) however, you will certainly get your monies worth here! Portions are generous - I have never left hungry! They always treat the Vegan just as good as the rest of us - sometimes I joke with my partner that he seems to get the better meal - although that just isn't the case.
